Job summary

St Luke's Hospice in Harrow seeks a CCAB-qualified or qualified by experience finance leader to drive the charity's financial strategy. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Commercial, this hands-on role blends technical excellence with strategic partnering and change delivery to support long-term sustainability.

You will modernise finance processes and lead the implementation of a new financial accounting system, improving reporting, efficiency and financial insight across the organisation,

Qualifications

• Experience in finance leadership within not-for-profit/charity sectors.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Strong collaborative leadership and stakeholder management.
