Qualifications

• Full professional accountancy qualification (CCAB or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with NHS finance policies, reporting and governance.
• Strong ability to interpret complex financial information and provide clear options and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the finance function for the EoE Provider Collaborative.
• Develop, monitor and report budgets, plans and forecasts for decision‑making and sustainability.
• Produce high‑quality financial reports, analysis and commentary and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead financial appraisal of business cases, costing and options analysis for investments.
• Support statutory and NHS reporting requirements with timely, accurate returns.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, commissioning and finance colleagues to drive financial planning and performance.
