Job summary

Bosch invites undergraduates to join a 12-month internship in the Corporate Finance department at the Denham office, starting June 2027. The placement is open to students in Accounting & Finance and requires MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills.

Participants will join the BUILD learning and development programme, supporting them through the internship journey. You must have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the placement.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree in Accounting & Finance.

Responsibilities

• Management of 3rd party billing.
• Preparation of reconciliations and investigation of reconciling items for closure.
• Manage signatories’ process for payment authorisation.
• Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors.
• Resolve escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania).
• Daily management of interface and relationships between HUB RO and IN.
• Other ad-hoc projects will be assigned.

Robert Bosch is offering a student the opportunity for 2 Interns to work at Bosch in the Corporate Finance department.
Your contribution to something big:

• Management of 3rd party billing in line with established processes.


• Preparation of reconciliations and investigate reconciling items for closure.


• Manage the signatories’ process for payment authorisation.


• Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors.


• Conclude escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania)


• Daily management of interface and relationships between HUB RO and IN.


• Other ad-hoc projects will be assigned once the successful candidate has gained some experience and demonstrated their abilities.

Qualifications

Currently studying for a degree in a relevant discipline i.e. Accounting & Finance.
You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, additionally, it is highly desirable that you are an advanced user of Excel.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading myself provided by expert external trainers.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
