Job summary

CCEP is offering a 2-year Finance Graduate Programme in the United Kingdom with four 6-month rotations across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Internal Audit and Procurement. A rotation in our Shared Services Centre in Bulgaria is included.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop financial management and leadership skills, and be mentored throughout the programme. Successful graduates will gain exposure to key projects, travel to Europe as needed, and be supported to pursue

Qualifications

• Graduates must have graduated within the last 2 years.
• Degree in a Finance-related or STEM discipline.
• Commitment to professional accountancy qualification.
• Excellent communication skills to present to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to Europe and relocate to Bulgaria for rotation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 4 rotations across different areas of the Finance function, each about 6 months.
• Work with GB Business Unit Finance, Corporate Finance and Shared Service Centre.
• Join Integrated Shared Service rotation in Bulgaria.
• Build a strong network and develop leadership capabilities.
