CCEP is offering a two-year Finance Graduate Programme in the United Kingdom, with rotations across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Internal Audit, and Procurement, including a placement in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You will gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and be mentored as you develop financial management, operations and strategic insights, preparing you for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Graduates must have graduated within the last 2 years.
• Degree in Finance-related or STEM.
• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Commitment to pursuing professional accountancy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel to Europe and relocate to Bulgaria.
• Fluent in English; French/Dutch/Spanish helpful.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Commutable to Uxbridge 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Participate in 4 rotations across the Finance function.
• Each rotation lasts about 6 months.
• Work with GB Business Unit Finance, Corporate Finance and Shared Service Centre.
• Rotate to Integrated Shared Service in Bulgaria.
• Gain exposure to key projects.
• Build a network and develop leadership capabilities.
• Join the 2027 Graduate global Finance cohort.
