Job summary

Arriva invites talented graduates to join its Finance Graduate Programme, based in Sunderland or London with hybrid work. You will rotate across Tax, Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, and Forecasting & Budgeting, gaining broad financial exposure and contributing to performance analysis.

Throughout the two-year programme, you will receive mentoring, connect with senior leaders and work toward a professional finance qualification such as CIMA, shaping a career in corporate finance.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a degree (2:1 preferred, strong 2:2 considered).
• Right to work in the UK permanently.
• Available to join the programme in September 2027.
• Willingness to travel as part of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Gain rotations across diverse finance disciplines (Tax, Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting).
• Develop technical expertise and commercial awareness to support business decisions.
• Contribute to business projects and collaborate with colleagues across functions.
• Support preparation for professional finance qualifications (e.g., CIMA).
