MBDA is recruiting for its Project Management, Control & Agile – Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days on-site, a starting salary of £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus, and a clear progression path through project management, control, and agile disciplines.

Applicants should be British citizens or dual nationals and expect BPSS checks after offer. The two-year programme begins September 2027 and includes annual salary reviews, a company bonus

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management with a minimum 2:2.

Responsibilities

• Collate updates from all areas to plan next steps on a project.
• Update project plans and prepare costs for senior management.
• Update Risk Registers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with Agile teams to support iterative delivery.
