Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK invites applications for its International BSC Accounting Graduate Programme in Bristol/Chipping Sodbury. This 3+ year scheme offers rotations across Transaction Processing, Reporting and Analytics, and Management Accounting, with support to complete the CIMA qualification.

Starting salary is £30,937 per annum, with 40-hour weeks and a permanent contract. You will gain hands-on experience in a world-leading materials company, developing financial and analytical skills for

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to undertake ACCA or CIMA training.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Transaction Processing, Reporting and Analytics, and Management Accounting.
• Support the Finance function and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work towards completing the CIMA qualification with structured mentoring.
