Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland's Finance Graduate Programme in October 2026 offers you a structured entry into finance within Britain's leading dairy brand. You will rotate across Müller Milk and Ingredients and Müller Services Limited, gaining exposure from Management Accounting to Financial Accounting and risk management.

You'll work toward CIMA qualifications with tailored training, spend time across business units, and join a supportive early careers community while enjoying a hybrid working pattern

Qualifications

• A STEM or business-related Degree: at 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years
• Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
• UK Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driving license
• UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold)

About the Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will gain in-depth exposure to our finance functions, from Management Accounting to Financial Accounting, as well as Advanced Management Accounting, financial management, and risk management. You will work on real projects, complete your CIMA qualifications, and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your finance career. You will spend time across both MMI and MSL functions, developing your knowledge of the different business units. After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise, preparing for a senior role within the finance department.
