Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland invites you to join its Finance Graduate Programme. Based hybrid in Severnside, you will rotate through Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Advanced Management Accounting, work on real projects, and pursue CIMA qualifications.

You will be mentored, participate in commercial conferences, and gain exposure to Müller UK operations across multiple business areas, developing your finance career from day one.

Qualifications

• STEM or business degree, 2:1 or above, completed within the last three years.
• Flexibility to travel to Müller sites for project work with expenses covered.
• UK driving licence required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; role not eligible for sponsorship.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations across core finance areas (Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Advanced Management Accounting).
• Pursue CIMA qualifications with structured training and mentoring.
• Gain exposure to Müller UK operations across multiple business units.

About the Programme

Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will gain in-depth exposure to our finance functions, from Management Accounting to Financial Accounting, as well as Advanced Management Accounting, financial management , and risk management. You will work on real projects, complete your CIMA qualifications, and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your finance career. You will spend time across both M MI and MSL functions, developing you r knowledge of the different business units. After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise , preparing for a senior role within the finance department.

What You Will Need?

To be part of Müller's Finance Graduate Programme, you will need:

• A STEM or business-related Degree : at 2:1 or above , completed within the last three years
• Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered
• UK Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driving license
• UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold)
