Johnson Matthey in the UK offers a three-year Finance Graduate programme with rotations across our London head office, Royston hub, and a Lithuanian global solutions unit. You will develop transferable finance skills in transactional, operational and specialist areas while being sponsored for CIMA or ACCA.

This is a three-year programme which includes rotations where you can develop highly transferable skills and competencies in transactional, operational and specialist Finance. Your rotations will take place across our London head office, our manufacturing and service hub in Royston and potentially our Lithuanian global business solutions hub.
We will also sponsor your academic qualification (either CIMA or ACCA) and we offer a highly competitive salary and bonus structure coupled with market leading benefits.
The programme is robust and challenging, but we believe strongly in mentoring and coaching partnerships, and you will receive plenty of support and career advice along the way.
