Bupa is offering a Finance & Governance Undergraduate Placement Scheme across London and Salford Quays with hybrid working options. The one-year rotation provides exposure to Financial Control & Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, and more.

Start date September 2027, with a competitive salary and extensive wellbeing benefits. You will rotate across finance functions, shadow senior colleagues, and develop core accounting and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate in penultimate year.
• Any degree discipline; aiming for a 2.1.
• Minimum 120 UCAS points with a B in Maths at A Level or equivalent.
• Must have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across finance functions including Financial Control & Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Internal Audit, Risk, Tax.
• Shadow senior colleagues to gain insight and build networks.
• Participate in development programme and online assessments as part of application process.
• Potential fast-track to the graduate scheme after successful placement.
