Job summary

Bupa UK is offering a Finance & Governance Undergraduate Placement Scheme in London and Salford Quays (Manchester) with hybrid options. The placement lasts 12 months for penultimate-year undergraduates, starting September 2027, at £25,000–£27,500 per year plus benefits.

No two days are the same during the 12-month placement. You’ll face a well-balanced mix of challenges, mutual support and accelerated skills development through our development programme. You’ll also shadow senior colleagues to gain valuable insight and enhance your network.

At the end of a successful placement, there is the potential to be fast-tracked for a place on our graduate scheme.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Training

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Current undergraduate student in your penultimate year of your degree
• Any degree discipline
• Be on track to achieve at least a 2.1 in your degree
• Have achieved a minimum of 120 UCAS points, with a minimum of a B in Maths, at A Level or equivalent
