Job summary

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Finance Generalist to join our Swansea-based finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role supports day-to-day financial operations during the implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Generalist or related accounting roles.
• Strong month-end, reconciliations, and financial reporting knowledge.
• ERP implementations or migrations experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and journal processing
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments and variance analysis
• Prepare and support monthly management accounts and financial reporting
