This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional who is motivated to influence strategic financial decisions and drive measurable improvements across customer service functions.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the performance agenda, develop financial insight, and manage a roadmap of savings and customer benefit opportunities as part of a large-scale operational transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial insight to senior leadership, shaping the performance and transformation agenda
• Act as the key finance contact for the Customer Services Vision programme
• Identify and assess opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce cost
• Lead the development and execution of a benefits realisation framework
• Build strong networks across operational, data, and finance teams to ensure collaboration and insight
• Monitor, report and present financial progress to leadership
• Manage budget planning and forecasting processes alongside finance partners

What we’re looking for:

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience advising Director/Head of Function level stakeholders
