Volvo Group seeks an experienced Finance Director for Volvo Financial Services UK & Ireland, Warwick. You will shape financial strategy, lead the finance function across planning, accounting, treasury, tax and governance, and provide commercial insight to senior leadership.

You will drive transformation, develop high-performing teams, and secure robust financial controls while steering data-driven decision making. This role offers a company car or car allowance and a strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of UK and Ireland financial markets, funding and capital markets; IFRS knowledge and business analysis.
• Professional accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
• Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Confidence to challenge established thinking and translate financial insight into commercial action.
• Understanding of risk, governance, tax and financial services regulation with sound financial control.
• Passion for transformation, continuous improvement and data-driven technology adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial planning, month-end reporting, financial statements, P&L, tax, balance sheet optimisation and capital allocation.
• Drive funding strategies and cash management in collaboration with capital markets and treasury.
• Strengthen BI and reporting capabilities to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop Finance, Tax and Treasury teams and build capability for high performance.
• Drive digital transformation in Finance with Power BI, Power Automate and AI-enabled reporting.
