Overview
Compass Corporate Services is partnering with an ambitious social care provider seeking to strengthen their finance team with a critical appointment. As Finance Director, you will oversee a small finance function and provide support on legal transactions, lenders, and M&A activities, especially land acquisitions.
The Candidate
Location
The role is hybrid, combining home working and office presence. Candidates based in Lancashire or surrounding areas are preferred.
Interview Process
The process includes three stages: an initial Teams meeting, a face-to-face interview with the Group MD, and psychometric testing.
Salary ranges from £75,000 to £85,000, plus 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays. An additional business incentive will be discussed with candidates.
