Finance Director | SaaS scaleup

Hybrid working (West London office 2-3 days p/w, WFH the remainder)

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO.

As Finance Director, you will oversee the daily finance operations, enabling the CFOO to focus on Operations & GTM. You will also prepare the company for an exit, which is currently in progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evolving the finance infrastructure for scalability
• Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
• Managing pricing strategies and changes
• Partnering across functions
• Developing business cases for new services and expansion
• Handling daily finance tasks like Board reports, statutory filings, tax, and transactional finance
• Using Xero and related tools to automate finance processes
• Mentoring and developing an overseas finance team

Profile:

• ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic background
• Experience in high-growth tech scaleups, preferably later-stage VC or PE
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with cross-functional teams
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
