Finance Director | SaaS scaleup

Hybrid working (West London office 2-3 days p/w, WFH the remainder)

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO.

As Finance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day finance operations, enabling the CFOO to focus on Operations & GTM. You will also play a key role in preparing the company for an exit, which is currently in progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evolving the finance infrastructure for scalability
• Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
• Managing pricing structures and updates
• Cross-functional business partnering
• Developing business cases for new services and geographical expansion
• Handling monthly Board reports, statutory reporting, tax, and transactional finance (AP/AR)
• Utilizing Xero and related apps to automate transactional finance
• Mentoring and developing an overseas finance team

Profile:

• ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic background
• Experience in high-growth tech scaleups (later-stage VC or PE)
• Effective communicator, comfortable with cross-team collaboration
• Ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented with a trusted delivery record
