Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group headquartered in Manchester, is seeking a Finance Director of Retail Beauty to lead the divisional month-end close, consolidation, and balance sheet governance across LOOKFANTASTIC and Cult Beauty. You will partner with Commercial teams to drive profitability and capital discipline while delivering accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• End-to-end ownership of P&L, balance sheet, and financial reporting.
• Proven track record in commercial finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ability to challenge non-financial stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own divisional month-end close, consolidation, and reporting for Beauty brands.
• Lead profitability analysis, working capital initiatives, and cost control.
