• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA credentials.
• Experience as Finance Director or Financial Controller in PE-backed environments.
• Track record of professionalising finance teams, reporting, systems, and controls.
• Strong experience delivering board/investor reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MI.

• Lead the finance function across the group and partner with the CEO and leadership team.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, forecasting, and investor updates.
