Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA chartered accountant.
• Experience as CFO/FD in a PE-backed business, preferably in services.
• Proven track record of professionalising finance functions and implementing systems and controls.
• Experience in KPI-driven environments with operational performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations with robust governance.
• Develop and improve MI including revenue productivity, sales performance, headcount, and cash flow.
• Lead forecasting and working capital management to support growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive operational improvement and acquisitions readiness.
