Job summary

Trade Mastermind Group in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a hands-on Finance Director to lead our finance function, strengthen controls and improve profitability. Working closely with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership, you will own cash flow, forecasting, budgeting and P&L management.

This is a commercially focused role requiring ACA/ACCA/CIMA, multi-site experience and a track record of delivering financial performance in a growing UK business.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven track record as Finance Director or senior Financial Controller.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across the organisation with strong controls.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage company-wide and departmental P&Ls, improving profitability and reducing costs.
• Drive financial forecasting, balance sheet integrity and risk management.
