Job summary

Ethical Property Company is seeking a Finance Director to lead strategic finances and oversee all financial aspects of property management contracts in Oxford. You will work with the CEO and SMT on growth, equity and debt strategies, reporting to the board and guiding financial policy and risk management.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with strong ethics, formal accounting qualifications and at least five years post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior manager and working with a Board of Directors or SMT.
• Strong strategic development and financial leadership in a growth environment.
• Proven ability to raise investment capital, including social investment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and strategic finances for Ethical Property.
• Lead funding strategies, debt management and investor reporting.
• Develop business plans, policies and procedures with the SMT and Board.
• Provide leadership to the finance team and ensure risk management.
