You will be a trusted partner to the executive team, driving robust controls, cash management, and strategic financial leadership in a fast-growing environment.

This senior role oversees a sizeable finance team, aligning budgeting and forecasting with international expansion plans while ensuring compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 10+ years in finance roles, SaaS/tech preferred.
• Strong financial controls, cash flow and operations experience.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary finance team.
• ERP, treasury, tax, and audit knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close with strong controls.
• Develop policies, systems, and internal controls.
• Oversee treasury, cash forecasting and financing.
• Manage AR/AP and credit control processes.
• Build cash flow models for exec visibility.
• Lead budgeting and long-term planning.
• Ensure tax, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
