HPR Executive is exclusively retained for a Board-level Finance Director/FD-CFO appointment in a growing UK FMCG manufacturing business. You will influence strategy directly with the CEO and Board and oversee finance, investment and operational performance.

This is not a traditional FD role; the candidate will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, drive profitability and build capability across the organization, with relocation support for the right person.

Qualifications

• Senior Finance leadership within FMCG manufacturing
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and boardroom capable
• Experience leading finance in manufacturing operations and capital investment
• Proven track record across governance, margin, profitability and teams
