Finance Director – High-Growth Aerospace SaaS Scale-Up | Hybrid (Oxford)

Are you a commercially astute Finance Director with a passion for high-growth, innovation-led environments? Do you thrive in fast-paced scale-ups and have experience working closely with VCs/PE-backed businesses? If so, this opportunity could be your next big move.

We’re supporting a cutting-edge software company revolutionising tooling in the aerospace and composites industry. Backed by leading investors and with an ambitious roadmap for double-digit growth over the next 3 years, they are now seeking a Finance Director to shape, scale and lead their finance function.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end finance strategy and finance operations
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives
• Provide critical insight and reporting to support decision-making across the business
• Prepare the business for future funding rounds and potential exit scenarios
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales

What You’ll Bring:

• Ideally experience as a Finance Director in SaaS, software, manufacturing or engineering sectors
• A hands-on approach, ideally from an SME or scale-up environment
• Strong financial leadership, reporting, and forecasting experience
• Experience working alongside VC or PE-backed organisations
• Ideally Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with excellent commercial acumen
