Job summary

RBS is seeking a Digitalising Finance Architecture Lead to drive the Finance Evolution strategy into actionable delivery. You will own Finance architecture, lead end-to-end process redesign, and embed AI-enabled, scalable changes with strong change management.

You’ll align technology, data and controls to deliver cost efficiency, capacity release and improved decision quality, partnering with senior finance and technology leaders in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Finance transformation and complex change delivery.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of business architecture and end‑to‑end process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Finance Evolution strategy into actionable, sequenced execution.
• Own Finance business architecture and drive end‑to‑end process redesign using AI and change management.
• Define and lead the approach to change execution and embed new ways of working across Finance.
• Deliver measurable value: cost efficiency, capacity release, stronger controls and improved decision quality.
• Drive integration across process, data, technology and control design; ensure aligned transformation outcomes.
