Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Business and Data Reporting Analyst in Newcastle to support the FBI team with financial information and reporting. You will work on Tableau, Power BI, SAP ECC/BW/BO, and SQL to deliver accurate business insights.

The role emphasizes understanding financial processes and data governance, with a view to upskilling across systems while supporting stakeholders and maintaining data quality. The contract is 12 months and hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

Detailed data reconciliations experience.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Finance background with understanding of business processes (S2C, P2P & FM).
Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of FBI team processes, identify improvements, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs based on user stories.
Gather requirements, document solutions, and provide regular updates on deliverables.
Document business processes and maintain data quality and control.
Perform data reconciliations and resolve data quality issues.
Provide business information support to the team as needed.
Manage the FBI shared inbox and delegate requests to team members.
Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
Set up schedules to ensure timely delivery of information.
Raise incident tickets and coordinate resolution.
Learn SAP ECC, SAP Business Objects, SAP BW, and extract data with Tableau/Power BI/SQL.
