Job summary

Work Force Nexus is seeking a detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to join its Data & Analytics team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on collecting, validating, and presenting data to support reporting and informed decision-making, with emphasis on Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

You will develop dashboards, automate reports, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate insights within deadlines. Hybrid/remote work and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years of data analysis, reporting or BI experience.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables, lookups and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyse business data.
• Present findings and KPIs to stakeholders.
