Job summary

Veolia UK is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to ensure the timely and accurate provision of the Contract payment mechanism and to audit data quality. You will work with managers to implement controls that improve data accuracy and verify waste data flow before client delivery.

The role requires strong IT skills, numerical ability and attention to detail. You will collaborate across teams, manage deadlines and contribute to monthly reports and analytics.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills with advanced spreadsheet experience (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel) including pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong numerical understanding and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate provision of the Contract payment mechanism and audit data quality.
• Collaborate with managers to implement controls improving data accuracy.
• Verify waste data flow information before sending to the client.
• Identify faults in weighbridge data and report changes to the manager.
• Produce monthly payment mechanism and ensure completeness of elements.
