Job summary

Curaleaf International is seeking a finance professional to strengthen financial controls, assist with audit readiness, and support management accounting across its international operations. You will work with the Finance and Business Controls Manager to ensure controls are documented and applied consistently.

The role involves contributing to new finance systems and processes and collaborating with teams in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounts or audit.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Familiar with audit processes and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for finance processes and controls.
• Execute monthly and quarterly control activities with evidence.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Verify control effectiveness and record results.
• Provide information and documentation to auditors and controls team.
• Propose improvements to processes and controls.
• Support colleagues in understanding control responsibilities.
• Deliver additional finance support as required.
