Job summary

Michael Page Finance in the Midlands is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee day-to-day financial control and ensure accurate reporting across the Accounting & Finance function.

You will drive month-end close, investigate variances and partner with senior stakeholders on commercial decisions, delivering robust controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial control, financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Strong ability to prepare, review and reconcile financial information.
• Confidence investigating variances and explaining financial results clearly.
• Experience improving financial processes and maintaining effective controls.
• Good working knowledge of accounting and finance activities.
• Ability to work accurately with financial data and meet reporting deadlines.

Job Offer

• Permanent Finance Controller position based in the Midlands
• Salary of £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Bonus and additional benefits.
