Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Finance & Control Director for Nespresso in Crawley, hybrid working, permanent contract, circa £90,000 per year.

You will act as a strategic finance partner to the leadership team, shaping strategy and delivering sustainable growth. You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring compliant financial processes and robust performance management across divisions.

Qualifications

• Finance co-piloting or senior Finance & Control experience.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, reporting, accounting and internal controls.
• Experience using financial insight to influence strategy.
• Stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience leading or coaching teams.
• Strong analytical capability; turning data into actions.
• Excellent communication; explaining financial performance clearly.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Co-pilot local B2C and B2B strategy with financial insight.
• Lead planning, forecasting and performance across divisions.
• Provide robust analysis and recommendations for growth and risk.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting to Nestlé standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls across the business.
• Drive process improvements with HQ and regional teams.
• Develop and coach the Finance & Control team.
• Benchmark market analysis to support commercial choices.
