Job summary

Whittard of Chelsea is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance team at Milton Park, reporting to the CFO. You will oversee global accounting and finance across retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations, including reporting, controls, intercompany activity and team leadership.

You will drive month-end close, intercompany accounting, treasury management and statutory compliance, partnering with FP&A to provide insights and support forecasting.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant experience in financial control and group reporting.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting.
• Experience leading finance teams in multi-entity or international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and deliver consolidated financial reporting across the Group.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, intercompany accounting and multiple international entities.
• Drive improvements to finance systems, controls and reporting processes.
