Job summary

Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd is seeking a Finance Change Business Partner to lead change initiatives in the Finance division, spanning requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.

You will act as the primary bridge between Finance stakeholders and the Technology team, translating complex needs into functional specifications and process documentation while ensuring alignment with operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, perform gap analysis and map data flows.
• Experience delivering Finance platforms and regulatory reporting solutions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivering change initiatives across the Finance division, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Bridge between Finance stakeholders and Technology, translating needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Support in-house and third-party Regulatory Reporting solutions.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid setups.
• Develop training materials, user guides and knowledge transfer documentation.
