Finance Business Partner - Product

Location: London

Our client is a leading technology start-up working closely with e-commerce businesses. They are experiencing rapid growth and are building a talented, ambitious team. They seek a detail-oriented, technically inclined Finance Business Partner with an accounting background to support their Product team. This role is crucial in supporting client onboarding, especially when dealing with complexities related to integrations, data handling, tax rules, charging tax at checkout, and nuanced tax registrations.

What you'll do:

1. Support new client onboarding by addressing integration complexities and ensuring accurate, timely data onboarding into the platform.
2. Collaborate with clients and internal technical teams to integrate and configure e-commerce platforms, payment, and accounting systems.
3. Provide feedback based on client interactions to support feature development, improve functionality, and enhance onboarding processes.
4. Assist in handling technical support tickets and resolving onboarding issues.

Your insights will help shape the platform's future as it continues to deliver a leading sales tax product.

What you bring:

• Newly qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, CPA) or similar.
• Excellent academic record.
