Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Business Partner based in Dorking to support operational and strategic decisions through insightful financial analysis. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure targets are met and resources are used efficiently.

The role requires accounting/financial analysis experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and models. A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous accounting or financial analysis experience in industry or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Ability to collaborate and drive financial performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights to assist with strategic decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and improve financial performance.
• Analyse variances and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
