Job summary

Marks Sattin are partnering with a leading business in the FMCG and food manufacturing sector to recruit a Finance Business Partner for their Bradford site. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with operational leadership to drive financial performance and influence key business decisions.

You will partner with site leadership to deliver financial insight, drive profitability and support capital expenditure proposals within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational managers to drive financial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to improve profitability.
• Deliver weekly and periodic financial reporting including variance analysis, accruals and prepayments.
• Provide meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Support capital expenditure proposals, site strategy and business improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong financial controls and accurate reporting.
