Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Financial Accountant in Berkshire on a temporary basis to support Property Services through a period of change. You will lead revenue and capital budgeting, develop forecasts and provide strategic financial analysis to senior stakeholders.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials with substantial budgeting and forecasting experience, and advanced Excel/financial modelling skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Competenze

Qualified accountant with substantial experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
Proven experience in local government/public sector finance or property-related financial management.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.

Mansioni

Lead the preparation, monitoring and review of revenue and capital budgets, challenging assumptions and expenditure to ensure effective financial control.
Develop accurate monthly, quarterly and medium-term financial forecasts, considering disposals, income changes, capital investment and pressures.
Provide insightful financial analysis and management information to senior managers and elected members, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Act as the lead finance business partner for Property Services, supporting budget holders and stakeholders in line with policies.
