Solutions Driven is seeking a Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted commercial finance partner to OpCo Managing Directors and their senior leadership teams. The role focuses on driving improved financial performance through insight, robust challenge, driver-based forecasting and high-quality decision support.

You'll translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations, support tactical and strategic decisions, and work with stakeholders to improve revenue,

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role.
• Experience partnering with senior operations or commercial stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance partner to OpCo MDs and senior leaders, providing clear financial insight and challenge.
• Analyse monthly performance, identify drivers of revenue, margin, costs and cash.
• Translate data into concise recommendations to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Lead OpCo budgets and driver-based forecasts aligned with divisional objectives.
• Develop KPIs and robust business cases for investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance Shared Service to ensure timely reporting.
