The Role

This pivotal role extends beyond the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet, requiring expertise in financial reporting, processes, forecasts, and analyses to support growth and drive financial strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust financial processes.
• Conduct detailed financial forecasts and analyses.
• Partner strategically with Operations teams to support profitable growth.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial performance and processes.
• Develop and implement best financial practices and contribute to the implementation of the new ERP System.

We seek a pragmatic, business-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset, highly driven, with a proven track record in financial management and keen attention to detail. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional development within a dynamic organization.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), part-qualified, or Qualified By Experience (QBE)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and processes
• Project accounting experience (desirable)
• Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365 systems expertise (advantageous)
