• Explain financial information for budget holders in a clear, actionable way.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across prisons and probation operations.
• Provide financial support grounded in operational realities to the regional team.
• Travel regularly across the North East and Yorkshire region to visit sites and support site-level decisions.
