St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, analytical and highly organised Assistant Finance Business Partner to support our finance service across the Trust.

You will work with Finance Business Partners, HR and school leaders to monitor staffing budgets, payroll costs and financial records, using Excel and our financial systems to investigate variances and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, budgeting or related field.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate and explain financial variances confidently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Works well independently and in a team.
