Job summary

Aletheia Academies Trust is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Central Finance Team. You will monitor and plan budgets and oversee payroll for 3–4 schools, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.

The role requires confident interrogation of financial decisions and strong stakeholder engagement. Based at our Central Offices in Ebbsfleet Valley, you will travel to school locations as needed and contribute to the Trust's financial strategy and performance.

• Strong relationship skills and ability to interrogate and challenge financial decisions.
• Customer service oriented mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasting, monthly monitoring and payroll for 3–4 Schools within the Trust.
• Ensure all reporting is timely and aligned with Trust deadlines.
• Collaborate with Head of Financial Operations and central finance team to support schools.
