Job summary

The Numbers Studio in Brighton is seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Business Partner to act as trusted financial adviser for a portfolio of ambitious clients. You will translate complex figures into practical guidance and help owners grow with confidence.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service, develop strong client relationships and lead planning conversations using management accounts.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience with advisory approach.
• Experience delivering practical financial insights to business owners.
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable business advice.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Translate financial information into clear, practical advice for owners.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning conversations through management accounts.
• Identify opportunities and risks to help clients grow.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and accounts teams to ensure service excellence.
