Job summary

Zenith Vehicles in Altrincham is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial Finance team. Based in Altrincham with agile working arrangements and regular collaboration with Leeds Head Office, this role provides financial insight to support commercial decisions and long-term objectives.

You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance reporting while partnering with stakeholders across the business to challenge assumptions and drive value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance role, ideally within a multi-divisional organisation.
• Proven experience of financial business partnering and influencing business decisions.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Adaptability, resilience and confidence working in a dynamic and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support
• Support the delivery of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term strategic plans
• Monitor financial performance and provide clear analysis of results, risks and opportunities
• Prepare financial content for executive board reporting, including commentary and performance updates
• Support robust planning assumptions and help ensure targets are challenging yet achievable
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and governance
• Support and collaborate with colleagues across the wider Finance function

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. Based in Altrincham with agile working arrangements and regular collaboration with our Leeds Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity to provide financial insight and challenge that supports key commercial decisions. You'll play an important role in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance reporting while helping the business achieve its long-term objectives.

You'll be part of a collaborative Commercial Finance team that works closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand performance, identify opportunities and support informed business decisions. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape processes, influence outcomes and add real value across the Commercial division.

What's The Role
