Job summary

The CFO HQ is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to influence performance across multiple sites in the UK. You will partner with senior operational leaders, turning data into actionable plans and finding opportunities to drive revenue and reduce unnecessary costs.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven partnering experience, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven Finance Business Partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong commercial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Turn trading data into actionable insights for senior operational leaders.
• Spot trends, risks and commercial opportunities across locations.
• Challenge budgets and forecasts, and optimize staffing costs.
• Review KPIs and benchmarking results to improve planning.
• Communicate complex finance information clearly to non-finance teams.
