Page Personnel is recruiting a Finance Business Partner in Warrington to join a high-performing finance team. You will partner with operational and senior stakeholders to deliver financial insight that supports decision-making and drives performance.

This role is suitable for someone early in their post-qualified career, with ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualifications, seeking to move beyond reporting and become a trusted commercial partner to the business in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

• Providing meaningful variance analysis and recommendations
• Supporting business cases, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with senior finance colleagues on strategic projects

Job Description

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance.Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making

• Analysing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities
• Providing meaningful variance analysis and recommendations

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who is:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
