Job summary

Blusource is recruiting a Finance Business Partner in Lincolnshire. This is a commercially focused role working closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and shape the business planning and reporting processes.

The role requires strong financial modelling, budgeting and performance analysis, with a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred.
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information
